A: We guarantee a turnaround time of 48 hours until the first proof is sent to you for review. After you review the proof, we'll send you a final high-quality proof within 24 hours.

Q: Where can I print these invitations?

You can print these invitations through any of these methods:

- Your own inkjet or photo printer at home.
- A local photo processing lab at your local store such as Target, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, and many other places.
- An online photo printing services such as SnapFish, Shutterfly, or the print-to-store services of your local store.

Q: How are these invitations shipped?

A: Because these are printable invitations, you don't have to worry about shipping or packaging because we send the digital file directly to your email address within 48 hours. You can then print them at your home, local store, or using an online printing service.

Q: Do you share my personal photos or information?

A: We NEVER sell, share, or advertise using your personal information or photos with anyone without your permission.

Returns, Replacements, and Changes

Q: What if I'm not happy with the proof you send for review?

A: We guarantee your satisfaction 100%. If we've made a mistake or ommission, we'll make another proof based on your feedback and corrections.

Q: What if I've made a mistake when ordering or the some details have changed?

A: Changes prior to the proof being sent are free of charge. If you need to make changes because of mistake you made and we've already provided you a proof, we offer the option to update a previous invitation for a nominal fee. These are the kinds of changes that require an additional fee:

- changes to time, date, location

- spelling changes, additions, or other text alterations not included or requested in original order

- photo additions or removals

Note: If EditMyPic.com makes a mistake, typo, or omission, we never charge for changes.

3) If you want to add a photo to your order, you can upload using our form too.

4) Once you are done filling out the form, proceed to the checkout and pay for the item.

5) Get a digital proof to review in your email. We'll send you that you can print out at home or using a printing service at your local store or online.
